Martek is proud to have contributed to the refurbishment of 23 Savile Row, a landmark project designed by MoreySmith that has received international recognition for its design excellence.
The project was recently awarded Office Interior – London at the International Property Awards, and has also been recognised among the world’s most luxurious office spaces in The Times Luxury.
Following a £12.5 million refurbishment, the building reimagines a historic address in the heart of Mayfair’s tailoring district. The design blends contemporary workplace thinking with the glamour and craftsmanship associated with Savile Row, creating a hospitality-led office environment for leading financial and investment firms including Rokos Capital Management.
The scheme redefines the building’s façade, reception and dramatic six-storey atrium, combining architectural impact with exceptional attention to detail. Rich materials are used throughout, including a wide selection of Italian marbles anchored by a bespoke geometric floor crafted from Grigio Carnico and Arabescato stone.
Within the reception space sits the elegant Hera coffee bar, formed from smoked oak panelling and topped with sculptural Arabescato marble. The interior also features a 17-metre artwork by sculptor Daniel Chadwick alongside pieces by Zachary Eastwood-Bloom and Kate MccGwire, creating a curated gallery-like arrival experience.
A striking double-storey cantilevered pod within the atrium extends the tenant floors while forming a dramatic internal balcony at the third level, reinforcing the building’s blend of architectural theatre and refined craftsmanship.
The result is a workplace designed not only for productivity, but for atmosphere and experience — a space where layered materials, bespoke furniture, artwork and sculpture combine to deliver a truly distinctive office environment.
