Compass House is located in Bayswater and the project was to convert the existing commercial building into high end residential apartments. In total, the project constitutes 30 apartments of which there are 8 one-bedrooms, 12 two bedrooms, 7 three-bedrooms and 3 studios.
Martek once again worked in partnership with 8Build to deliver this project across 6 floors and we have recently been awarded works to the penthouse on the 7th floor.
